Symptom: App crashes back to home screen when user attempts to play an audio story
Cause: The iOS 6 update released by Apple in September of 2012 did not provide backward compatibility with the functionality implemented in the audio app. This update adversely effected any user attempting to use the audio app on a device having iOS 6.
Solution: Delete the audio app from your device and install the latest update directly from the App Store — NOT from iTunes on your PC. The latest version has been thoroughly tested with versions of iOS 4.2 thru 6.x successfully. If you are encountering any issues with the audio app after updating to the latest version of the audio app:
1) Confirm you have updated to the latest version available on the App Store
2) Reset your device
